Our Policy is You must be 16yrs of age. Even if you are 16 there are some piercings that you still may not
get until you are 17 or 18-sorry. You must have a parental consent form notarized. No your sister,brother,friend,aunt,cousin etc, can not sign for you. A copy of your I.D any of the following will be excepted-passport , birth certificate or school ID- your parents or parent has to be here-and a copy of your parents I.D is also required. If you are 17yrs of age, same paperwork is required but your parents do not have to be here with you the whole time.
If you are under 17 your parents must be
present the whole time.

Piercing Policy
Our policy is to not tattoo minors on their-
Hands,Neck or Forearms or face.No it is not Florida law but it is Our Morals and Ethics. You have to be at least 16yrs of age with proper paperwork. You must have our consent form Notarized along with a State form and School Photo I.D.,Passport and or Birth Certificate. Your Parents or Parent- and A copy of your parents I.D is also required. If you are 17yrs of age, same paperwork is required but your parents do not have to be here with you the entire time.
