MINIMUM PRICE
Our shop minimum prics is - $50

TATTOOING MINORS
Florida law states if you are not 18yrs of age. You must have the proper paperwork to receive a tattoo or body piercing. If you are 17yrs of age, you must have our consent form notorized- have your ID, your parents and your parents ID- at that point your parents do not have to stay with you. If you are under 17 you must have all the same requirements and your parents HAVE to stay with you during the procedure. Remember this is Florida Law not ours.

PRICING-
We do not price over the phone,internet or any social media. Every Body and Body Part is a different size and shape. Here at Chicago Inksters We charge by the piece and not by the hour. It simply is not fair to you or our artists.

PREGNANCY/MEDICATIONS
We do not tattoo or pierce women that are pregnant. If you are curently taking medication- blood thinners, diabeties or heart meds- we recommend you speak with your doctor prior to getting work done.

MINORS
We do not tattoo minors on their Neck, Hands, Face or Forearms. This is not Florida Rules but rather our Morals.

DEPOSITS
All custom drawings and appointments require a $50 deposit. The $50 comes off the cost of your tattoo. If you are getting session work, "more then one sitting" the $50 comes off your last session.

TOUCH-UPS
Once you get your tattoo you have 60days to come back for a free touch up. Please don't wait 1year- blaze it out in the sun and then come back for a touch-up, at this point the whole tattoo will have to be redone- it's not just a touch-up. Hey dont forget the Sunscreen!

GIFT CERTIFICATES
We do offer Gift Certificates for that Special Ocasion or Special Someone. Our gift certificates
are good for 90 days.

DRUGS/ALCOHOL
We do not allow drugs and or alcohol in our businesses. If you would like a service and are intoxicated and or rude- please come back another day when you are not.
